Kali ni aku nak share sikit lah pasal troubleshooting PC. Maklumlah dok hari hari ngadap dalam training... (tapi, tak laaa power gak..ekekekeke).
Orait.. antara isu yang selalu customer complaint dalam line streamyx ni adalah connection failure, slow connection, frequent disconnection/intermittent, lupa password/login id, webmail issue, billing dan macam2 lagi lah. Kali ini aku nak bagitau macam mana nak configuration network card.


A network card is an expansion card which installs into a computer and enables that computer to physically connect to a local area network

 Untuk Window Vista atau window 7:

Mula-mula, klik start - computer - klik kanan - klik properties

 Lepas tu, klik Device Manager dan satu pop up window akan keluar.

Pergi ke Network adapters - klik kanan - dan klik enable - close window

Dan anda dah pastikan network card anda boleh digunakan.

Untuk Window XP pulak, macam ni:

Start - My computer - klik kanan - properties - hardware - device manager - (akan ada window pop up) - klik "+" kat network adapters - select network adapters yang ada red cross - klik kanan - LAN card - properties - general - pegi ke Device Usage dan select "use this device (enable)". dah selesai..!!


Untuk Macintosh nyer user (geng orang2 kaye je pakai nih.. hehehe)

Mac OS 9:

Klik simbol Apple di bucu kanan atas skrin
Klik Control Panel
Klik Apple Talk
Pergi ke Edit kat sebelah atas skrin dan klik User Mode
Pilih Advance radio button dan klik OK
Pastu klik info
Okay, boleh tengok kat Apple Talk info. Cari line Ethernet Address.
maka, sebelahnya adalah physical address 
contoh : 00-08-74-AF-CE-1C

Mac OS X:

Klik simbol Apple di bucu kanan atas skrin
Klik System Preference
Klik icon Network
Lepas tu,  make sure pilih tab "TCP/IP"
Okay, boleh tengok kat Apple Talk info. Cari line Ethernet Address.
maka, sebelahnya adalah physical address 
contoh : 00-08-74-AF-CE-1C

Daaaaahhh.. selesai sudah cara nak check network card korang.
Lepas ni, kalau ada masa aku share pasal modem, router atau connection lak (tengok laaa bila time rajin). Bab-bab lain belum tau banyak lagi.. Saper tau macam mana nak curi IP address, curi password wifi, crash code dan lain lain?? hahahaaaaaa... mesti korang taknak bagi tau kan.. ekekekeee

p/s: oh yea, jangan lupa semak keputusan pmr 2010. Dah keluar rasanya 23 disember 2010
